zaya9 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

Welcome to zaya9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and zaya9 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the zaya9 website available at zaya9.asia, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and support functions offered therein. By accessing zaya9.asia, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of zaya9.

zaya9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification to users. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on zaya9.asia. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of zaya9 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms were most recently updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

To register and use zaya9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zaya9 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of zaya9 complies with applicable laws in Bangladesh.
• You must register using your own identity. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You may not hold more than one active account on zaya9 at any time. If duplicate accounts are discovered, zaya9 reserves the right to suspend all accounts and retain any associated balances pending investigation.
• You must provide accurate and current personal information during registration and update it promptly if it changes. zaya9 is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

zaya9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

zaya9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) and USDT (TRC-20). All deposits are credited to your zaya9 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or, where applicable, USDT equivalent. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods and equivalent in USDT for crypto deposits. zaya9 does not impose deposit fees on players; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 30 minutes for standard verification-complete accounts. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or where additional KYC verification is required. zaya9 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile banking and equivalent in USDT for crypto withdrawals.

zaya9 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be refunded to the originating method, and the zaya9 account involved may be suspended pending investigation. USDT deposits must be sent from a wallet address you own and control; zaya9 does not accept USDT from exchange withdrawal addresses that cannot be independently verified as belonging to the account holder.

All games available on zaya9 are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt and Spribe. Each game is subject to its own rules and payout schedules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the rules displayed in a specific game and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.

zaya9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live casino games are hosted by human dealers using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) and streamed in real time. The following conduct is strictly prohibited in all game modes and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, AI-driven betting tools or scripts to interact with any zaya9 game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or platform glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Collusion between players on shared games or betting markets, including sharing of hole cards, coordinating bets to manipulate odds, or any similar activity intended to gain an advantage at the expense of other players or zaya9.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals or any fraudulent dispute of legitimate transactions processed on zaya9. Any such action will result in immediate account suspension and referral to applicable authorities.

In addition to the game-specific prohibited conduct listed in Section 5, the following activities are expressly forbidden on zaya9 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using zaya9 for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and withdrawing them as cleaned funds.
• Accessing zaya9 using a VPN, proxy server or any other technology that disguises your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or identity requirements.
• Posting, transmitting or distributing any harmful, defamatory, abusive or illegal content through any communication channel provided on zaya9, including live chat or player messaging features.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any part of the zaya9 platform, its software or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using another player's account credentials, sharing your credentials with any third party, or facilitating unauthorised access to any zaya9 account.
• Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with or disrupt the technical operation of zaya9, including denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks or any form of hacking.

zaya9 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, retain all funds pending investigation, and refer cases of suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities. Users found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned from zaya9 and will forfeit all balances held in their account at the time of closure.

zaya9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player segments in Bangladesh. We recognise that for some players, gambling can move from entertainment to a problem activity. To support players in managing their gambling behaviour, zaya9 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every registered account: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, and a self-exclusion facility that allows players to block their account for a period of their choosing. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zaya9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the zaya9 platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of deposits due to technical failure, or any interruption of service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, natural events, or actions of third-party service providers such as bKash, Nagad or game suppliers).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit zaya9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In any event, the aggregate liability of zaya9 to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zaya9 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zaya9 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered players via the contact information associated with their account. Your continued use of zaya9 following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your zaya9 account and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 3. Closing your account does not exempt you from these Terms with respect to activity that occurred prior to closure.
